Cancellation Policy
💥 I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.
YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL NOT BE APPROVED IF YOUR WAIVER & CONSENT FORMS ARE NOT COMPLETED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF APPOINTMENT REQUEST.
At Urban Edge & Essence, a complimentary consultation is required for new clients seeking color or chemical services to ensure the best results.
You must attend the scheduled consultation; missing it without prior notice will result in forfeiture and a rescheduling fee.
Cancellations must follow our existing policy.
Please note that consultations and color or chemical services are not conducted on the same day.
Non-chemical services like haircuts and head spa treatments do not require consultations.
